A new season of Formula 1 racing is finally upon us, with the 2024 World Championship schedule set to begin on March 2nd in Bahrain.

There are plenty of interesting storylines headed into 2024. Will Max Verstappen and Red Bull continue to dominate at the front of the field? Will Lewis Hamilton return to victory lane with Mercedes, after his shocking decision to sign with Ferrari for the 2025 season? Can Ferrari and McLaren close the gap to Red Bull and provide a challenge in the race for the Constructors’ Championship?

Teams have been revealing their 2024 designs throughout the month, and we saw the first glimpses of cars on track for preseason testing last week.

Here’s a look at every Formula 1 team’s 2024 livery, ranked from best to worst:

A red Ferrari is iconic by default, but the detailing changes the team made for 2024 are classy. Top of the grid.

We’ve seen this same kind of livery from Red Bull for a long time, but it’s a classic F1 look and didn’t need a lot of changes.

Drivers: #24 Zhou Guanyu, #77 Valtteri Bottas

Green has been considered an unlucky color in NASCAR in the past, but the Sauber looks great and unlike any other car on the grid.

Drivers: #4 Lando Norris, #81 Oscar Piastri

Vibrant and sleek. The new McLaren just looks fast.

Drivers: #3 Daniel Ricciardo, #22 Yuki Tsunoda

The corporate team name is a bit much, but the livery itself is great and differentiates itself enough from the other blue cars to stand out.

Drivers: #44 Lewis Hamilton, #63 George Russell

The return of silver to the Silver Arrows is appreciated, but they may not have gone far enough.

Drivers: #14 Fernando Alonso, #18 Lance Stroll

Arguably the best base color in F1, but there’s not enough neon yellow as a contrasting color this year.

Drivers: #20 Kevin Magnussen, #27 Nico Hulkenberg

Haas has never been known for spectacular liveries, but this feels like a slight downgrade from 2023.

Drivers: #2 Logan Sargeant, #23 Alexander Albon

Fairly flat and forgettable. Changing out the black for a more vibrant color would help a lot here.
