With anticipation reaching a fever pitch over the last week, Formula 1 finally got the Las Vegas treatment Wednesday night, and from all the photos and videos surfacing on social media, things seem to be off to a fantastic start.
The F1 festivities got started with the Las Vegas Grand Prix Opening Ceremony, and Vegas set the stage for what should be a fun weekend like only Vegas can.
Set behind the familiar backdrop of lights in the Vegas skyline, there were also fireworks, and a concert and even The Sphere got involved. Here’s a look at some of the best moments.

There were a lot of other performers throughout the night like Keith Urban, Andra Day and Steve Aoki. I specifically loved Kylie Minogue’s backup dancers, though. Slayed!!! pic.twitter.com/J2F8fly6Bi
